Our shipping fee is R135.00 excluding VAT per order and free shipping on orders more than R1000.00 ZAR.

All our prices are excluding tax, standard 15% VAT is calculated at checkout for shipping in South Africa. International tax TBD.

All our metric sizes and dimensions are in millimeters and all our imperial sizes are in US inches. All weights are in kilograms.

Orders usually take about 2-3 working days to arrive from the date of dispatch. However, delivery may take as long as 5 working days depending on stock availability and customer location.

If you purchased the wrong item by mistake, we will gladly accept a return and/or exchange but you will be liable for the return courier cost.

We do our best to ensure that every product we ship, has been inspected for defects. However, in the event that a defective product has been received, please send us an e-mail to admin@theboltfactory.co.za with a photo of the defective item/s and we will arrange for the pickup and return of the item/s.
